LBB New building and Facility

The Laboratory of Systems Biology and Bioinformatics (LBB) has now a new building close to main campus of University. The laboratory received a starting fund directly from president and deputy for research of UT. The LBB has following infrastructure and space as follows:

1- Post Graduate Students Room(photo)
2- Conference Room (photo)
2- Computational Facility: Photo

  • Linux-Cluster : 80 CPUs, 120 Gb memory (The cluster has been built by our lab. members)
  • Super-Server-1: 8 CPUs, 384 GPUs, 12 GB memory
  • Super-Server-2: 8 CPUs, 12 GB memory
